Priscila is a distinguished graduate with honours from NAIT's Business Administration program, where she specialized in entrepreneurship and innovation. In 2022, fuelled by the realization that numerous small business owners lacked fundamental business management knowledge she founded Destined Consulting. The consulting company specialized in providing essential tools to emerging business owners for establishing strong foundations and growth strategies.

An unwavering advocate for empowering small and medium business owners, Priscila strives to democratize world-class business management knowledge. In her ardent pursuit of fostering business growth, she delivers signature interactive workshops with a mission for all attendees to depart willing, ready, and able to elevate their enterprises.

Prisca's expertise in management has led her to achieve the Certified in Management (CIM) designation. She is fluent in French, English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

IFEOMA OWUNNE

Co-Founder & Business Consultant

Ifeoma, a seasoned professional with a BSc in Nursing and an MBA, brings over 13 years of experience across business, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. As a co-founder of SCALED, she is devoted to empowering businesses to reach their full potential. In her roles as Chair of the Expert Committee for CCCG Preschool, and Senior Practice Consultant, she demonstrates her adaptability and pursuit of excellence.

During her eight-year tenure at CCCG, Ifeoma has thrived as the Director of Service Excellence, fostering client-focused relationships and excelling in strategic management, project management, and stakeholder engagement. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to delivering value for SCALED clients, Ifeoma identifies growth opportunities, adeptly manages complex programs, and cultivates meaningful relationships.
